Virtual Instructional Program of Educational Rigor
Imagine classrooms without walls, where students are able to attend their classes 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Imagine students working cooperatively online with others from a wide variety of ethnicities, backgrounds and geographic locations.
What you are beginning to imagine is the reality of the virtual education, a program that offers content-rich, credit-bearing high school courses to students of the Alice Costello School.
The pilot program of virtual education is currently taking place. Students are taking classes through the Virtual High School.
Additional students (15) will be afforded this opportunity during the 2012-2013 school year.
